General

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Technical Exhibition of the 15th International Zurich Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, the EMC Zurich '03.

The exhibition will provide insights into all aspects of EMC, from EMC components to instrumentation, software, services and EMC training.

As you probably know the previous International Zurich Symposia on EMC 1975 - 2001 were attended by up to 1060 participants from 34 countries and by up to 69 exhibitors. Its carefully selected technical program, tutorial lectures, workshops, open meetings, company presentations and press demonstrations review the worldwide development of EMC science and technology and attract a highly competent international audience in key positions.

The exhibition will be situated again on 6 floors of both wings of the congress building, directly next to the lecture halls, see location of the exhibition.

Please note that Zurich is centrally located within a large industrial area and has excellent air and ground transportation facilities.

The exhibition will be held from February 18 through 20, 2003. It will be open daily from 9.30.

The admission to the exhibition is free (registration is required for the lectures and workshops of the symposium).

Information regarding the exhibition (rules and regulation, price lists, registration forms etc.) have been mailed in March 2002. This information is also available on this Web page and as downloadable pdf-files, s. "What you can order".

Location of the Exhibition

Main Building ("Hauptgebaeude", HG) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland, on 6 floors of both wings of the Main Building, next to the lecture halls, see Floor Plan

What you can order

Exhibition space or assembled stand

You can rent either an exhibition space only or an assembled stand, s. also "Terms and Conditions" of the Exhibition

Deadlines of registration for the Exhibition:

By September 1, 2002. After that date it will not be possible to list the exhibitor in the Preliminary Program of the EMC Zurich '03.

For registrations received after December 15, 2002 a 10 % extra fee will be charged.

For registrations received after January 15, 2003 a 20 % extra fee will be charged

For companies which also book an advertisement in the Symposium Supplement a 30 % discount is applicable.

Advertisement in the Symposium Supplement

The Symposium Supplement as enclosure to the Proceedings of the EMC Zurich '03 is distributed to all participants of the conference and to major libraries. Edition 1200 copies.

The Symposium Supplement contains the full text of all tutorials, workshops, joint events, industrial fora and the advertisements.

New presentation platforms: Industrial Forum or Exhibitor Presentation

Industrial Fora or Exhibitor Presentations organized during the Symposium offer an additional opportunity to introduce your company and your products on the background of a tutorial review of a particular technical aspect.

Industrial Forum:

Please send your proposal for a forum to the Symposium Chairman of the EMC Zurich '03 as soon as possible but not later than by August 31, 2002. Your proposal will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and if accepted included in the official programs (Preliminary Program distributed worldwide and Definitive Program) and also as a contribution in the Supplement of the proceedings af the EMC Zurich '03. Only a limited number of forums is available. The Industrial Forum is free of charge.

Exhibitor Presentation:

For a company presentation we provide the lecture room and its infrastructure. The invitation of attendees is the duty of the company.

Companies are asked to contribute for our expenses for a Exhibitor Presentation an amount of SFr. 250.-
