EMC Zurich has been hosted many times by the
ETH Zurich
and organized by the
Laboratory for Electromagnetic Fields
and Microwave Electronics (IFH).
EMC Zurich is one of the longest established EMC conferences in Europe
being founded in 1975 when Prof. T. J. Dvorak, our Honorary Chairman,
organized the first event in Montreux. Under the supervision of
Prof. P. Leuthold and the management of former Symposium Chairman
Dr. G. Meyer EMC Zurich has become one of the top leading international
EMC events.
Our goal has always been to continously adapt and improve
the programme to meet the needs of the international EMC community.
In 2006 EMC Zurich
was held for the first time in Singapore and in
2007 in Munich, Germany.
In 2008
again in Singapore as part of the
Asia Pacific EMC Week.
